General Terms of Agreement:
GarevaFX require 25% pre-payment before any work is started and the rest to be paid on completion. Such upfront payment is not refundable unless written cancellation of the agreement notice from the client within 10 days of agreement.
GarevaFX require 100% upfront payment for all maintenance agreements.
The client is to provide any material to GarevaFX that is agreed upon in the agreement without any unnecessary delay so that the time frame sat in the individual agreement will be as scheduled. If the client fails to do so, GarevaFX is not responsible for any delays.
GarevaFX reserve all rights and will not deliver any work done until upon completement of payment.
GarevaFX reserve the right to add “Design by GarevaFX” including a link to garevafx.com on any website designed by us and it is not allowed to delete this from your website at any time as long as the GarevaFX design is used.
If mistakes are done by GarevaFX and discovered after completion and delivery, the mistakes will be corrected by GarevaFX without extra cost for the client.
The client must without unnecessary delay give GarevaFX a written notice of any mistakes discovered.
If GarevaFX discover the mistakes we will inform the client in writing and without unnecessary delay correct the mistakes.
